The arrival of the 2015 Toyota Aurion debuts an improved line-up featuring more specification, more safety and more sports detailing.
“The Aurion is designed with customers who prefer the distinctive in mind and matches the space and specification of a grand tourer sedan with a genuinely powerful and proven V6 engine,” says Spencer Morris, Toyota New Zealand General Manager of Product.
Toyota’s premier grand touring V6 sedan benefits from a host of upgrades, beginning with improved exterior design elements. Up front a new grille design matches a three-bar chrome upper grille with black lower grille bars, while sports-themed Sportivo SX6 and ZR6 feature a modern makeover to their lower rear bumper design. The rear spoiler design for both Sportivo grades has also been updated for a more advanced appearance.
The arrival of the all new 2015 Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid represents the largest scale update to this proven, popular sedan range in many years.
With a completely new exterior look and interior upgrades, Camry GL, Atara, Atara S and Atara SX complete the petrol range, with the Atara SX showcasing improved on-road dynamic.
While hybrid petrol-electric variants share the GL and Atara S grades with an additional Atara SL luxury grade, the hybrid model line-up has expanded from two to three grades, with grade names now aligned with Camry petrol models.
“Through progressive generations the Camry has become a dependable mainstay of the Toyota line-up, offering a great balance between power and economy, driver comfort, passenger space and competitive levels of specification,” says Spencer Morris, Toyota New Zealand General Manager of Product.
The Fielday Specials are always worth waiting for, and 2015 is no different, except this year it is all about the deals, NO JOKE!
One of the big differences though is that Fielday Specials are now spread across the range - including this great offer across the entire range of new vehicles: 3 years servicing, 3 years, AA Roadservice and 3 years warranty.
As always with Fieldays there is something special for those looking to upgrade their commercial vehicle.
The Toyota Mirai, a hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle, has been used as the pace car at the Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway, Virginia at the weekend.
The Mirai is the first hydrogen-fuelled vehicle to head a NASCAR race. It led the Sprint Cup Series field to the starter’s green flag at Richmond on Saturday night Eastern USA time while emitting only water out of its tailpipe along the way.
"Having a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle pace the Toyota Owners 400 is a historic moment for both Toyota and NASCAR and we're proud it's the Toyota Mirai," said Ed Laukes, vice president of marketing, performance and guest experience, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. "Bringing the Mirai to Richmond to lead this important race is another way for Toyota to showcase our innovation and environmental leadership."
