2.1 Hilux & Land Cruiser 70 Choice Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Toyota New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion unless otherwise specified below.

2. Purchase a new Hilux or a selected Land Cruiser 70 vehicle at TDP or Bronze pricing through an Authorised Toyota Dealer between 1 May 2025 and 31 August 2025, and take delivery by 1 December 2025, and choose one of the following offers:

1. Special 3.5% Interest Rate (‘Finance Offer’); or
2. $2,500 (inc GST) towards Toyota Genuine or Toyota Approved (‘Accessory Offer’)

3. For the purposes of this offer ‘purchased’ means that the customer has executed an Offer to Purchase (‘OTP’) with an Authorised Toyota Dealer for the new Toyota Hilux or Land Cruiser 70.

4. For the purposes of this offer ‘delivered’ means that the customer has executed a Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement (‘VOSA’) with an Authorised Toyota Dealer for the new Toyota Hilux or Land Cruiser 70.

5. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, neither the Accessory Offer, nor the Finance Offer are available in conjunction with any other offers.

6. The Land Cruiser 70 models eligible for this campaign are:

• 2.8 TD LT 4WD Cab Chassis AT GSARB
• 2.8 TD LT 4WD Double Cab/Chassis AT GDARB
• 2.8 TD LX 4WD Double Cab/Chassis AT GDALB

7. The Land Cruiser 70 models excluded from this campaign are:

• 4.5 TD LT 4WD Cab Chassis MT VSMRB
• 4.5 TD LX 4WD Double Cab/Chassis MT VDMLB
• 2.8 TD LT 4WD Double Cab/Chassis MT GDMRB
• 2.8 TD LX 4WD Wagon AT GWALB

Finance Offer:

1. The advertised 3.5% p.a. interest rate is fixed for the term of the loan and only available on new Toyota Hilux or selected Land Cruiser 70 vehicles purchased at TDP or Bronze pricing through an Authorised Toyota Dealer and financed by Toyota Financial Services between 1 May 2025 and 31 August 2025 and delivered by 1 December 2025.

2. The Finance Offer is only available:

1. with a minimum of 20% deposit
2. on a Credit Contract through Toyota Financial Services
3. for terms up to 36 months

3. An establishment fee of up to $400 and a $9.20 PPSR fee will be charged.

4. The Finance Offer is not available on direct fleet purchases.

5. The Finance Offer excludes loans with structured payments and fleet purchases

6. Normal Toyota Financial Services lending criteria apply.

Accessory Offer:

1. The Accessory Offer provides $2,500 (incl GST) towards Toyota Genuine or Toyota Approved Accessories on new Toyota Hilux or selected Land Cruiser 70 vehicles purchased at TDP or Bronze pricing through an Authorised Toyota Dealer between 1 May 2025 and 31 August 2025 and delivered by 1 December 2025.

2. The Accessory Offer can only be purchased from, and fitted by, an Authorised Toyota Dealer.

3. The Accessory Offer includes GST, labour and fitment costs and Accessories must be ordered at the time of purchase of the new Hilux or selected Land Cruiser 70 vehicles.

4. If not fully redeemed, the balance of Accessory Offer is not refundable (for example: if you only get $1,700 worth of accessories, you can’t get $800 in cash).

5. The value of the Accessories Offer ($2,500) can be used towards a higher purchase of accessories (for example: if you purchase $3,000 of accessories you will only have to pay $500).

6. The Accessory Offer may not be redeemed for cash or discount.

7. The Accessory Offer must be for the vehicle purchased and the offer is not transferable to accessories to be fitted to other vehicles.

8. Offer is subject to availability of new Hilux vehicles, selected Land Cruiser 70 vehicles and accessories.
