We are looking for a sales superstar that also has the capacity to assist in the management of the business, and workshop job flow, when required. 

The successful applicant will have a deep comprehension of vehicles and servicing requirements along with the ability to advise customers, recommend accessory and enhancement options, and facilitate retail sales, all whilst being a super friendly first face that new customers see when they walk through our front door!

This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and services, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Sales:

• Conduct Sales in accordance with the business profile

• Maintain the showroom and displays

Authority and reporting:

• Responsible processing customers invoices.
• Recommend products and services.
• Prepare quotations.
• Book jobs and accessory fitments with pricing and details for service team
• Resolve routine customer issues within company guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Processing of payments made by customers.
• Assist with submitting Warranty or good will claims.
• Assist with the processing of accounts payable.
• Regularly review the Outstanding Purchase Order report.
• Assist in the promotion and sale of Products and services supported by the store.
• Reports to Store Manager

Position responsibilities/main tasks:

• Contribute to the smooth running of the Store by providing administrative and sales assistance.
• Communicate politely and effectively with customers, technicians, and other departmental staff.
• Support and organise all displays to be relevant for current promotions, and clear, clean and tidy to welcome our clients and encourage sales.
• Create clear and precise customers invoices prior to the customer collecting their vehicle.
• Help create online content to support sales of products and services within the store.
• Ensure all daily takings are processed by the end of the day.
• Provide the Admin department with a reconciled Daily Cash Takings report and the appropriate funds and supporting documentation by 8.30am each working day.
• Submit Warranty claims on a regular basis, ensuring all are entered when the work is completed.
• Process all accounts payable invoices daily informing the store manager if there are any that are not going to be processed or are under dispute.
• Promote the Stores capabilities and strengths to promote customer retention and growth across all our products and services.
• Maintain a customer guest standard. Treating everyone as guests in our store.
• Attend team meetings and contribute as appropriate.
